With years of experience in the industry and a proven track record within the company, Jenjira Van Genechten is an indispensable force on our team!
She is responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth operations. Thanks to Jenjira’s efforts and vision, we continue to grow!
Jenjira began her career at Easy Systems in 2012 as an administrative assistant. At the time, the team consisted of just eight employees, and her responsibilities ranged from handling quote requests and processing orders to preparing and shipping packages. Through this hands-on experience, Jenjira gained extensive product knowledge, which helped her grow into her current role.
In addition to her professio
nal accomplishments, Jenjira is also a dedicated full-time mother of three, further enhancing her multitasking abilities.
Since early 2024, Aluvice has become an independent division within Easy Systems. The concept, products, and communication remain unchanged.
What Does Your Role Involve?
Jenjira: As the business unit manager, I am the main point of contact for our customers and oversee all operational aspects of Aluvice. This includes deciding which products we sell, adding new items to our range, collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies, registering for trade fairs, supporting customer inquiries, and driving Aluvice’s growth.
What Do You Do in Your Free Time?
Jenjira: In my free time, I enjoy painting. I’m even taking a course to improve my skills. I draw inspiration from both old masters and contemporary art, blending elements from both styles in my work. I also spend time on fitness, which helps me clear my mind.
What’s a Fun Fact About You That People Don’t Know?
Jenjira: I have Thai roots on my mother’s side. My first name is Thai as well.
What’s on Your Personal Bucket List?
Jenjira: Traveling as much as possible is definitely on my bucket list. I love exploring new places and want to discover different continents. My favorite destination is Thailand, which will always hold a special place for me. Experiencing more of the world and immersing myself in new cultures is something I deeply look forward to.
On a Professional Level, What Is the Vision and Mission of Aluvice?
Jenjira: Aluvice’s mission is to support our customers as best as we can by providing high-quality goods at a fair price. Despite the many competitors in standard products, we aim to stand out by offering the right advice, excellent service, and technical support. Our delivery times are faster than others because we operate from Belgium and focus constructively on ergonomics, ensuring that employees benefit from an improved working environment through our solutions.
What Are the Current Challenges for Aluvice?
Jenjira: Our biggest challenge right now is expanding the brand. We currently have a small team, and the variability in orders makes it difficult to determine whether we need to hire more staff.
Where Do You See Aluvice in Five Years?
Jenjira: The goal is to continue growing significantly. In the next five years, we want to streamline our processes and double our workforce. A webshop could handle a large part of our administrative tasks, lightening the workload of our inside sales team. A configurator will eventually take over some of the engineers’ workload, enabling us to offer more solutions and respond to customer needs faster.
What Would Be a Dream Project for You?
Jenjira: Ideal projects for Aluvice are worktables, picking carts, or other constructions we can produce in series. Once a design is finalized, we can stock the necessary components in advance. We are currently collaborating with a partner integrator to supply multiple workstations repeatedly. Additionally, we have an end customer to whom we deliver the same picking carts annually.
How Do You Ensure Customer Satisfaction?
Jenjira: Customer satisfaction is essential for us. I believe we should always keep learning about our products. I still come across new things because every customer is different. The advantage of Aluvice is that we don’t just sell standard products; we also customize solutions based on those standards. This allows us to meet specific customer needs, such as adding a laptop holder, scanner, tool board holder, or proper lighting. When the employees using our products are happy with the solutions we provide, our mission is accomplished. This is what drives us!
What New Developments Are in Progress at Aluvice?
Jenjira: We’re currently focusing on fine-tuning our configurator. We’re also exploring ways to integrate the Aluvice brand into our products to enhance brand visibility.
Do You Have a Message for the Aluvice Team and Customers?
Jenjira: We have a strong team ready to grow further. Both our engineer and inside sales team bring the necessary experience to operate independently with our own technicians and engineers in five years. This will bring us greater efficiency and peace of mind.
